On 9 June 2022, Professor David Howarth co-hosted ‘Emission of public debt in the European Union’ at the University of Luxembourg. The workshop was organised by Dr. Frédéric Allemand from Department of Law and the Robert Schuman Initiative (RSI) at the University of Luxembourg. It included sessions on the debt issuance of the European Stability Mechanism, the European Commission and the European Investment Bank.
